Adducing evidence of unfair competition

When it was approached by a law firm specialising in commercial litigation about a case involving unfair competition, CORPGUARD conducted investigations that enabled it to gather evidence that a criminal offence had been committed.

CORPGUARD’s teams helped the client to obtain ex parte applications, under Article 145 of the Code of Civil Procedure, enabling a bailiff, assisted by the police, to seize computers and other digital media from the head-offices of previously identified companies and the home addresses of their managers.

The involvement of private detectives led to the perpetrators being identified and enabled lawyers to obtain evidence admissible in court.
